EQM truly came through for us in a time of crisis. When our machine broke down, we urgently needed a motor and gearbox to get back up and running. Not only did EQM have the part in stock, but they also arranged same-day freight delivery, saving us from potential downtime. Always efficient service and prompt communication. Early Friday afternoon we needed a 11kw 6pole foot mounted electric motor.. I rang the usual suppliers and the best we could do was a Saturday morning delivery. On the off chance I rang EQM and they sourced us a motor in Palmerston North . Quick drive to Palmerston North and back and by 5pm it was ready to install.
Excellent service, we had a breakdown and EQM managed to get a gearbox from Auckland to Timaru for us in 8 hours! They know there stuff and are always happy to help out. Thanks guys keep up the good work

The stainless steel motor on our metal detector runs 16 hours a day, so it runs hot. We’ve had it for over 5 years now and it gets washed down up to 5 times per day. But it just keeps running. We’re very, very happy

The stainless steel gearboxes have been so easy to incorporate into our design with the STEP file provided. This has made the process of quoting, purchasing and supplying the correct product for the job seamless

I’m so impressed with those Aluminium washdown motors that I’m planning on phasing out any painted ones we have as soon as we can.
