Replacement Conveyor Rollers

Our conveyor rollers are available in nylon, zinc plated steel and stainless steel for wash down applications. These Gravity Conveyor Rollers allow free moving, efficient and safe transportation of goods at any operational stage of a conveyor line. They are an economical material handling solution, favoured in many industries for their simplicity and functionality.

Our conveyor rollers are fitted with spring loaded shafts to provide hassle free maintenance and simple installation. They also ensure a secure attachment to the conveyor frame (channel) which maximises roller and bearing function and performance.

It is recommended that there be a minimum of three rollers under the goods to being transported at any one time. The size of the object being transported can help determine the roller pitch on your conveyor system applying the three roller rule.
