Overview
The Bottle Inverter Air Rinser System is another design that we received when we acquired the conveyor division from Autoline Automation. In this case, a MODU Gripper Conveyor passes inverted bottles over an air knife to clean them. The bottles are then place back up the right way on to a plastic chain conveyor.
Benefits:
- Removes contamination in glass & PET bottles, cans and jars
- Designed to handle hundreds, even thousands of bottles, per hour
- Two side gripper conveyors work together to take it through the process
- Adjustable mounting to suit various jar sizes
- Compact side channel blower provides filtered air for purge
- Catchment and containment shield to recover potential contaminants.
- 450mm long air knife for continuous purge
- Reliable Italian shaft-mounted geardrives
- Inverter control for variable speed and line efficiency
- Custom framing and HMI control cabinet
- MODU Conveyors for infeed & outfeed determine the speed
