Certified Hygienic Bearing Housings
NGI bearing housings are certified to EHEDG, 3-A, and USDA standards and are IP69K rated for high-pressure washdown applications. The range includes multiple housing types and sizes, fitted with stainless steel or ceramic insert bearings to suit a wide variety of conveyor and processing systems.
The housings are designed in accordance with ISO3228:2013 and accept insert bearings that conform to ISO9628:2006. External dimensions are matched to standard bearing units, making them suitable for hygienic replacement of conventional housings without modification to existing equipment.
